The description omitted crucial details about the item, which made it totally unfit for purpose. The stickers were 40 years old (which wasn’t specified), did not stick and disintegrated upon contact. Seller refused to refund on the basis that I had tried to use the stickers (what else was I meant to do with them?) and that I should have enquired before purchase about their condition. Isn’t this what the description is for? An absurd and farcical transaction with a bad faith seller. Dissapointing

The sale was for a set of Bertin decals. These were original and the buyer would have realise that upon receiving them. It is not my responsibility to tell him how to use it. He didn't make any inquiries before he tried to apply the decals onto to a frame. Only after he failed, he demanded refund. I was happy to do it if he returned the decals in they original state ( only fair, even so I don't acept returns). In the end I sent him refund because life is too short to argue with stupid people.
