Ordered an expensive vinyl limited to 333 copies for an overseas shipment. Item was packaged very poorly that allowed an item as rare as this to be damaged. I find that to be unacceptable and am extremely disappointed. Other than that, and a very delayed delivery by the carrier (not the seller's fault), there were not any issues. The record was in fine shape as originally described aside (before the new damage) and the seller was responsive.

As you all can see on my feedbacks, I receive compliments about good packaging all the time. This unfortunate buyer had one corner of the package bent by postal service even though package was proper mailed. I offered full refund but he refused and got a little frustrated with the situation and decided to give out on me as if I was the one to blame for something that happened on transit. And the record wasn't expensive as he states, a mere £40 quid. That's the kind of idiot we have to deal with.
