    The dress (£39.99) arrived with a damaged belt (a hole in it). I got no apology from the seller and was just told that I could return it. I asked if it could be discounted for the faulty belt but was was told no. As I liked the dress, I then asked if the cost of my time/hassle in returning / the seller's money on postage, I could instead have that money off, that was almost a week ago and I still haven't heard back. Very poor customer service.
