    HORRIBLE! Seller lied about the device output. I had to order the custom cable connections to test the device, by the time they arrived and I saw the output was not as expected, the seller wouldn’t accept a return. Expected 0 to 70kv as stated, and I received the complete opposite. Awful, greedy, lying, scum.
