Once bike was delivered we had a few hiccups but Diane, customer service was amazing she was extremely helpful and very patient with my concerns. The display monitor was broke and we was sent a new 1 alone with a how too vidoe, the bike was easy to put together and the how too vidoe was great for helping fix the issue with the display unit. Had the bike 2 months now, and it's not what I expected. What I mean is you have to continue to peddle and the speed is not as advertised, however it works.
