Unfortunately the box was damaged during transit and could have been packaged better to protect the item,& this being a gift for my grandson i was annoyed. i brought this to the attention of the seller & they responded in a very professional manner & took this seriously.to make sure this does not happen in the future to other buyers.They partially refunded me & apologised. Model of freezer received was different to the images on listing but a genuine mistake that is understandable with items that have been donated. Thanks to excellent communication and customer service from Clara it was resolved without issue. Item was in perfect condition and packaged really well. We had to collect from the depot and the guys there were very helpful loading it into the car. Great customer service all round and would definitely recommend buying from this store.
