Seller sold me shoes described as new, size 8. They were shipped ground advantage in a priority mail box (a USPS no-no) with no padding inside. When I finally received the order, they were size 10, used, with obvious discoloration on the soles. I requested a return label and shipped back. The label had the seller's old address with forwarding expired. I finally had to ask eBay to step in for a refund. No communication from the seller whatsoever. This seller's business practices need improvement.
