This seller advertised a working music box with working music and a moving Cinderella piece. When I received the music box and wound it up, it neither played any music nor did the Cinderella piece move. I tried to reach out to the seller and explain the condition the music box arrived in and she was dismissive of my messages and then refused to answer me. I requested a refund and returned them the item. She then created a case against me after she received the box returned. Seller is problematic

It was a working music box upon arrival,it was clearly you broke the piece everything was loose ,she even was rude on her messages tell me she was going to accused me of fraud...she got her money back !!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS BUYER...
