I am really disappointed in the whole matter. You have confirmed that the parcel was returned by Evri parcel service to you on 16th November due to some postage costing issue between yourself and Evri.
You have informed me that you attempted to make refund however for some reason this has been unsuccessful, something to do with card entries.
Now this has all gone silent. I am now faced with the absolute headache in trying to claim back from Ebay.
