Turntable was adv. not working / tested, but absolutely was repairable as per the good photographs that were included in listing. The unit even had its original packing box and foam) so we bought confident it would arrive in one piece. Instead of removing the platter and using the included foam cutouts seller shipped with it still on! Of course it dislodged and smashed plastic bits everywhere, turning a repairable turntable into scrap. When asked politely for resolution refused with belligerance

Guy agrees to include a PSU in the deal through PMs, then carelessly packs it plugged into the unit, thus easily bending and breaking the plug in transit. When I brought it up he inexplicably blamed Sendle. I had to go find a replacement PSU and no apologies or part refund offered after I asked.He's one of those kinda people.Nothing is this guy's fault if you ever have a problem.Be wary. Also Sendle is terrible, slow and delivered late into the evening, disturbing other people on my property.
