Wieder ein „Verkäufer“, der den rechtskräftigen Kaufvertrag mit der Begründung „Artikel nicht mehr vorhanden oder beschädigt“ abbricht, auf Nachfrage als Abbruchgrund aber plötzlich angibt, eBay habe seinen Kaufpreis ignoriert und einen eigenen festgelegt und den Artikel schlussendlich zu einem deutlich teureren Preis wieder einstellt. Exakt das gleiche Verfahren, welches in letzter Zeit regelmäßig vorkommt. Polizeiliche Strafanzeige wegen Warenbetruges wurde wieder gestellt.
