The item was brand new and exactly as described. bluebabytiger packaged it with care and it arrived quite quickly given that I’m in Canada. Very impressed.
I was giving it to my sister as a gift, she’d just had the same wallet stolen in an Italy train station. It was her fave, and Ted Baker no longer makes it.
I got a bag, ribbon, tissue, and stickers from a local Ted Baker store for 25 cents! It really looked brand new when I gave it to my sister. She cried she was so happy :)
