As described and arrived on time, but the horses ears wear broke of from the bubble wrap being applied to tight. The three broken pieces were inside the wrap and there was no damage to the outer two boxes. I wrote the seller with no reply. I was able to glue the pieces back on, but I am disappointed with the sellers' lack of concern or communication. I try not to leave negative feedback, but a simple apology would have gone a long ways with me.
