The level of communication was superb, the shirt was dispatched almost immediately, and received within 48 hours. The shirt arrived in mint condition, packaged in a very attractive floral postal bag (!) The item itself had been thoughtfully wrapped inside a new transparent cellophane bag, tied with a lovely cream ribbon, which I shall be re-using!
