All was good. Product was as described. Came in USPS box, loose and no extra packaging was needed. It's my understanding tax is not to be collected on shipping costs, just the product. The shipping cost was 22.8% of the cost of the boot or 19% of the total cost. Clearly, it doesn't add up to a lot on this particular purchase, but it is a 6% increase in tax collected but not due - which adds up over time.
