I paid for a fiberglass bonnet with the offer i made to the seller and he accept the offer with the shipping cost, sometime later (About two weeks) i understood that he never had the purpose of despatching the bonnet. He said that on the end of the advert he wrote “Collection only”. I didn´t see it, but mostly important, on the advert at the beginning he put the choice "ship to Portugal”
He also wrote to me that “No worries I believe ebay has had its day”, but anyway he still sells on Ebay,
