One of the two items in the pack was broken. Tried to get a replacement sent. Infuriating conversation with the seller. Asks the same thing over and over again in a circular fashion. Doesn't answer questions when asked. Doesn't read what is written to them. Haggles with me, trying to get me to accept a refund which is literally the same price as me just buying it from him again. I don't even care about getting a refund for the broken item at this point. Keep the money.
