What can I say...I just love this watch. It's so original and keeps great time. It's hackable and handwindable, has a unidirectional bezel that works very well and is 100 meter water resistant. And coming from a seiko watch, I'm sure it will handle water very well. The lume is crazy, it really stands out it the dark. I think it is more a spring/summer watch, I just get that feeling from using it. It plays very nicely with light, specially the seiko logo and the 5 above the sports, which also pops out with good lighting. I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone. I am an avid Seiko Watch collector. I own the full blooded Monster and this was purchased for my fiancé. She absolutely loves this Baby Monster. I had to remove 4 full links for her small wrist size. I sits beautifully and looks fantastic on her. Lovely looking timepiece will look great for years to come. These watches make a statement.

Looks even better on Seiko Blue rubber strap and will certainly be my summer watch this year. Bezel alignment and minute markers just about spot on. Very pleased with at the price paid. 100m water resistance is enough for most people and no screw down crown not an issue for me. Another great value Seiko with loads of wrist presence. Over the moon with this purchase
When a friend of mine spotted this (he'd already bought one) spotted this lovely Seiko 5 on ebay for 80 quid off I couldn't resist. Delivery was swift and the watch itself is simply stunning. Great build quality, stylish watch which you could wear as casual or formal wear. The dial is REALLY luminous and the bevel is very sturdy. One of my favourite watches.
