I bought it to practice dueling with different deck strategies. I used the action replay to get the codes for all cards. Game play is alittle slower than with older championship games. The thing I didn't like about it was there is no way to alter the forbidden list as it changes within the yugioh universe. This flaw makes it impossible to practice with existing rules. I do still highly recommend the game since most other decks and dueling can be tested. Beats buying a whole mess of cards!
I quite enjoy playing online against other duelist, but i do regret that you can't customize your own character very much. It also has over 3,500 cards that you can use. If you have a son or daughter that plays with yugioh cards, then i suggest buying this. Personally I hate it when kids waste money on yugioh cards that could get damaged easily, while you could just buy the ds game instead. Story - 7/10 Illustrations - 9/10 Gameplay - 8/10 Overall - 8/10
Very fun game, I like the customization and the duels are fun. The only thing that I didn't like was the graphics, but how much better can they get...The duel runners are a strange but interesting side. The plotline follows basically the one in the anime, with the Dark Signers, except instead of Yusei, the main character (you) do everything. The wifi dueling is an extremely good addition too. Overall, a very good buy and a very fun game.

I have been playing the championship games since 2007 and this one lived up to the hype and more. I liked 2009 but it took forever to get more than 3 syncros. this one starts out with some highly sought after sycro packs. and I racked up points quick to get packs. Love this game

This is a fun game with a extensive. story. Then after the story there is still some challenging multiplayer with friends or cpus. There are some spelling errors in cards and animation is still the same compared to its previous sucessor, stardust accelerator.
My granddaughter loves this series and this game is just perfect for her. It is very easy to play. The game challenges her to think about her next play.
a fun installment of the yugioh ds series and probably has the best story out of the three 5d's ds games, so many unique puzzles and duel formats, i would definitely recommend this to anyone who's a fan of the game.
