    I bought this scarf on 21 Dec - delivery 27th 28th Dec. It was still awaiting dispatch 31st of Dec. I sent a polite request for tracking. I received a very rude email saying there had been away and were ill. But the dates do not match there was supposed to be a way since the 20th!. Been given loads of stories so I asked for my money back and I got this nasty reply. You can make your own mind up, whatever story is given. No holiday dates- see screen grabs. Arrogant.
