I bought this item and in three description it said new still in the bag. Both for a gift for my boyfriend and when he opened it it had brown spots and stains all over it and looked like it had tried to be dry clean to get off and it didn’t work. Of course this seller denied my return request and wouldn’t make it right. They wouldn’t even make it right! I paid over 200 after shipping for this comforter and it was damaged when received. I didn’t want or pay for a used item. I paid for a new item.

Yet to have received this item. Seller sent later than what was stated which I was fine with but then seller shipped the slowest possible way when they knew I needed item in a short time frame. Still don’t have the product. Maybe remove listing if you have difficulty shipping.
