Item is as described and in decent condition. Packaging was not to great. The cost of shipping was definitely excessive especially for his tiny and light the product is. If I could get shipping cost back, I would. I purchased heavier items off the same kind at the same time and the shipping costs were way lower and or free. Seems seller over charged shipping bottom line.
