Finally turned up 24 days after purchase. Neutral feedback left as sellers communication very poor, item although listed as brand new not sealed! Seller didn't even realise it had sold, posted out twice as problem with address? Excuses to repost, husbands passport run out!! Didn't realise the 8th May Bank holiday! the list goes on. Moaned about having to repost but that's not my problem. Lovely product but won't be using this seller ever again. Others have had problems with non arrival too.

I’m sorry you feel this way. If the item is unsealed it’s because that’s how it came from Shay & Blue. I did not moan about re-posting and offered to refund your money on numerous occasions due to having unexpected issues with getting to the post office. What horrible feedback to leave.
