I got these after researching sound and mic quality when you first install the headset to your PC you will be ask about downloading razer synapse this is were you can change the settings of the mic and the sound. There is a few presets for mic and sound but you can make your own if you don’t like them, overall these a very good I’ve only been using them for a few days now and I’m happy I will update if anything happens breaks lol
