The coat was described as in excellent condition. It arrived with one armpit ripped open and the other fraying. I sent a polite email + photos. I was lectured in two messages about how much the coat cost new. The seller offered a return. I didn't want a return (or a telling off). I wanted some acknowledgement/apology for the fact I have to fix (or pay to fix) a badly frayed lining that wasn't disclosed. The coat is worth it, just, but this seller is not polite when things go badly.

Buyer clearly wanted to return the coat that is why she contacted me unhappy. I offered her a full return and have her with my address. This coat by Coast would likely cost about £160 new. I asked the buyer exactly what she expected for the £20 she paid & did she really want to lose this Stunning coat. Obviously she has re thought & decided that she can not part with the coat for what is a very simple repair to the lining that anybody could do but still she can't resist SOUR Feedback Sad person.
