    Seller delivered an item that was not what was listed and then for the return sent a label that did not cover the weight of the item, despite returning the item in the same packaging as was sent. Had to pay for return postage. Did not refund additional postage and now return item tracking indicates his address is inaccessible despite using the address label sent by the seller. The whole process was rubbish and ended up costing me. Beware.

    Rubbish and expensive

    Product didn’t fit. Advert claimed it was the right one but it wasn’t. Had to return (and was charged over £3.00 for the privilege). An expensive mistake. Got a pack of 2 of the real (and I mean real. Proper branded ones) elsewhere from kitchen fitters . And for the same price. So this firm is clearly overcharging as well.

    Be very careful that it fits your unit properly, even if the model is listed here.

    Doesn't fit HJA2240 - broke my unit trying to fit it and now I need a new extractor fan. Be wary, make sure you double and triple check the dimensions and fit it VERY carefully. It appeared to fit, but when turning the filter to tighten it, the dimensions were not right and it snapped off the fittings on the unit, which can't be replaced.
