Great machine, solid shipping, and excellent seller. The Coolscan 9000 kit I purchased was in great serviced condition. Shipping was prompt and the seller was very responsive. They helped answer questions I had about the scanner, and troubleshoot a delivery issue which we were able to solve. The item was double packaged with lots of filler, and include all accessories as described. If you're interested in purchasing a serviced film scanner online I would certainly recommend this seller.

The film holder was comprehensively packaged, no danger of damage in transit. It was exactly as described and the slightly faulty catch really doesn't stop the piece working just fine; nice price compared to others and included the original optional masks.
It took a long time to dispatch but the real problem was the Evri delivery which kept tryin to deliver to a work address long after office. Only succeeded on the third attempt. Meant nearly a fortnight for delivery from fairly local.

Finding scanners like this in good condition is difficult. This seller knows scanners - it was expertly serviced, carefully packed for shipping, and he was extremely helpful and answered a bevy of questions during the process of completing the transaction. The shipping cost was high, but fully understandable - you want an expensive, fragile item like this to arrive safely. I don't think you can go wrong with this seller! My highest recommendation!
