Small Fault was clearly shown in the pictures. Seller should have asked more questions if they were unsure of their purchase. I offered and gave a full refund which I didn’t have to do but the seller still left negative feedback after this. Bad buyer, poor communication, avoid at all costs! A total waste of my time!

The listing contained an error due to one of the cards being lost/misplaced which I could not locate and this was out of my control. I apologised to the customer and gave a full refund. I also offered to give £50 extra out of my own pocket to apologise for any inconveniences caused. I communicated to the customer and showed proof that I tried to refund via the Ebay app but had to log on to a PC as it was such a high amount. I did everything I could to resolve this. Unfair feedback posted..
