Seller sent me a message two days after purchase to say they wouldn't ship until I paid but my credit card was billed immediately at the time of purchase with Ebay- So they took their time with shipping- Did okay with packaging but I think they need to understand the process with Ebay... Let the buyer beware with this seller-

This lovely bell was wrapped very carefully. It was paid for on Sept. 4th and shipped Sept 6th. Our policy is to ship within 3-days after auction close. I do apologize for any misunderstanding about waiting for the payment to clear. As a Volunteer for a wonderful Charity, I am learning along the way. We have always had great responses from our buyers and I am sorry you felt disappointed enough to warn people about us. I would have cleared that misunderstanding prior to feedback. Thank you.
