    A must for the World War I buff !

    I was truly surprised at the content of this DVD. It portrayes Pershing with human frailities,and bowing to the pressures of French Marshall Foch to attack across open terrain to attack Boche Forces without artillery support. It portrays von Gallwitz as a knowledgeable commander. It is a worthwhile addition to my other DVD's of that period(Kaiserschlacht-1918, Gallipoli, etc.)It helps to understand close to us in time, yet distant.

    A shallow and not very informative comparison of two great generals.

    Purchased for another historical perspective on the War. Quality of the DVD (audio and video) is good, but the comparison between Pershing and Gallwitz is shallow and overall not very informative. Fortunately, it didn't cost much.
