It is far better than the woven plastic variety that I have used previously. When laid it looks good and doesn't move when you are laying stone/gravel on top. It was great value for money and the condition was as described - new. Can't fault it right now.

This membrane is very thick but being grey rather than black it does let a bit of light through, so I will be waiting to see the results, whether weeds can keep growing underneath. If they do a cheap black layer on top should finish the job. I will report back in a few weeks.
