This seller was very rude in response to us opening an INR case 4 days after the item past it's estimated delivery date according to the postage they paid for and tracking they provided. And why they did not issue a refund or explain to us why the couldn't nearly a full day after the INR case was open. We had already waited 4 days past Est delivery date for it.
Something makes us think the Royal Mail tracking code they provided is bogus and that they never dispatched it.
