I was appalled that no one checked this product before shipping and the nerve of the seller to say it happened in shipping. The plastic containers have a tab that you pull around the entire lid to open. Then to boot the seal under that cap was ripped off. I would expect taking some responsibility. I was refunded in full doesn't excuse this lack of seller responsibility.
