    Litium Oratate IS Great

    Kal Lithium Oratate helps steady our nerves, calm down, focus, sleep soundly, and wake up refreshed never groggy. Even when I must get up unexpectedly, from deep sleep not like sleeping pills. It's mild, so take as needed. Not prescription strength at all, which is a good thing. I've read on internet it helps with the withdrawals and stress from many things in modern life. Research it! Very reasonable price!!!
