But lack of actually sending and no communication I have marked as a negative experience.

    Charger design issue

    The problem with all these Microsoft Surface chargers are the joints of the cable from the transformer unit to the computer. Right now, from the very first day I have to twist a bit the cable to get connected and charge the computer.
