Never opened, the box was a little bit beat up, but no damage to the heater itself. All wrapped up in the original plastic bag and carton packaging. All paperwork was inside the box. Best to run this unit outside for an hour before you bring it indoors to use. As it has some oils that will burn off when you first turn it on.
