Inside its original thin card cover wrapped only in paper, there was nothing to protect the long thin bow from being bent and broken. Even a simple 'Fragile' and/or 'Do Not Bend' sticker might lower the real danger of future sales being damaged in transit.

They stole from me and insinuated that I lied to them.
