If you wish to use in Freezer wrap the mask in kitchen paper then into a freezer bag to prevent it sticking and be careful of ice burn to the most sensitive part of your body. I use mine from fridge whilst I am wearing face pack- it's so good, cold enough Not confident to use with heat/ can't understand why u want to heat the eye, up to you to test this further.

Had I realised that Yodel were going to be delivering the parcel I would not have ordered. I have only had bad experience with them and this time was no exception. They provided me a 2 hour time slot so I made arrangements around those hours but they turned up 3 and a half hours after the later time in the time slot!! Why people still continue to use Yodel baffles me, they are rubbish.

The only issue was that the Royal Mail Tracking Label was generated for a 48 hour tracked service a whole week before it was actually scanned into their Network. The customer service team were quick to respond stating it had been sent on time and they had chased up with Royal Mail, but not sure how accurate this is in all honesty; just to be mindful if a time sensitive purchase like mine.
