It's exactly as described, new condition, timer function is great, it is real UV - district ozone odor is produced when it's working, it zapped smell out of the shoes in just one hour. Make sure to never look at it and cover the shoes with a cloth when using it. The heating is even. The operation is simple. Value product, so grateful to have found it.
