    Item as described and swift dispatch - great seller. However, courier was unimpressive in the extreme. Sent message to say item would be delivered by 9PM on Xmas Eve. It was not. No communication to explain was offered either on 24th or (unsurprisingly) on 25th. Tracking still said 'out for delivery'. Received 3 emails on 26th, two giving delivery times, the final one saying item would not be delivered on that day. However, the item was delivered on the afternoon of 26th! Bad show Evri.
