    I bought a pair of headlights that had faulty wiring harnesses. They wanted me to buy new ones and they would reimburse my $8. I told them to send me new ones. They agreed and I’m still waiting. They should have sent me new headlights or reimburse me for my purchase. As a business owner this is horrible customer service

    We proposed to re-send the wiring harness to the buyer, but the shipping time was 25 working days, the buyer did not agree; So we once again proposed the buyer add US$8 for shipping, we resend the entire order without returning the goods, the buyer also did not agree.
