    Time Saver

    Extracting ginger root juice is a long process and a tedium I proudly have done as a hobby and still do. It began because of the difficulty and expense of finding a ginger drink with enough ginger added to suit my taste. So I made my own. But as life has become busy with less free time available I searched for an alternative source. That's when I discovered the Ginger People! They have been promoting the virtues of ginger for 30 years. And they supply a variety of quality non-GMO products all of which suit my desired taste. They even supply recipes for the ginger connoisseur. Their products are a bit pricey, but considering it would take me a full day to extract the same amount of quality ginger extract, if I were to charge by the hour no one could afford to buy it.

    Ginger lovers dream deal!

    Having this on hand makes everything ginger awesome. Favorite quick recipe for ginger ale is 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tsp of ginger juice and 12 ounces of seltzer. The best!!!!!
