    Just as described. Perfectly adequately wrapped. The fact that the royal mail took 19 days to deliver a 48 hour delivery is an utter farce but this is clearly outside the influence of the seller. Still incredibly annoying however and the royal mail should be made to compensate for the inconvenience.

    The bumper itself was a good price and the seller was responsive and helpful. When the delivery driver i had organized mucked up they went out their way to retrieve the bumper and organize a new point of collection. However, the bumper has an array of damage that wasn't visible in the photos despite 100% brightness and close analysis, also it came unpackaged at all.

    Bumper left us in perfect condition. It was inspected by my mechanic who had it ready to drop off at the collection address. Collection address changed at the last minute because the collection courier was running late - garage was shutting. I had ten minutes to drop everything and change collection address. Just for reference all Shiply couriers collect items as they are as in bare that's the whole purpose of Shiply never had a problem with them. There is also £160 of extras on the bumper !!
