    The iPhone arrived quickly and well-packaged but was not as described - it was scuffed/scratched on each corner, not “excellent condition”. I initially left neutral feedback because of this, but the seller actually apologised for their error and offered a partial refund of £30, which I accepted. I’m happy with this as rectifying the situation so I’m happy to change my feedback to positive.

    Oversized and overweight

    I can't fault the quality of this lock; but it is far too large for a bicycle. More suited to a motorcycle/motorscooter. I bought it for my electric folding bike but have nowhere to put it. Sorry, but there it is.
