    Not true silver grey as too dark

    Definitely not silver grey in colour as it comes out really dark so more like medium grey as it's considerably darker that light but paper than charcoal. I was really disappointed as it wasn't at all the shade I was expecting. For the item I was dyeing I'd have been better off buying the French dye that I nearly bought. That said the dye is good quality, easy to use and I got an even dye all over the fabric so I can't fault it from that perspective. It's just if you were expecting silver grey on white cotton you may end up with it being darker than you'd have liked.

    consistent dyeing

    I didn't realise that the colour was so dark but I did put it on quite a long cycle. Now I know if you want a lighter shade then just to put it on a short wash, but colour was very consistent and true to guide.
