    After nearly two weeks wait, a Royal Mail letter arrived saying the postage had not been adequate and that I needed to pay a fee to get it released. Seller clearly got antsy about me opening a case and kept reiterating how annoying it was for sellers because of restrictions, funds holds etc “I have no option now” “not much I can do” etc. Just defence and deflect. Didn’t bother to cancel order or refund once it was evident it wasn’t coming so I got eBay to do it. What a waste of time! AVOID!

    Buyer opened a case immediately rather than communicate the issue, and does not realise that once a case is opened ebay does not allow refunds or cancellations, this is what I meant about being restricted and not being able to do anything. Unreasonable behaviour really.

    He underpays for postage and leaves me with fee to pay- he blames Royal Mail. -Lies about using the advertised Royal Mail 48 as zero tracking provided to me or eBay- meaning second class was used. - I wait patiently for nearly two weeks before opening a case. Seller says he’s sent 7 others without problems and he “can’t see how it’s possible to be overweight”.Just deflection and attitude from the get go and continuing now in his response. Just steer clear, the seller is an incompetent windup.
