    Item advertised as open box but was heavily refurbished. The included s-pen was a fake. The seller tried to make it right by sending a real S-Pen, only to find out that the s pen slot on the phone was broken. Ended up returning it. It was incorrectly listed, this was a big waste of time and effort and stressful. There's no excuse for listing a refurbished incompletely repaired phone as open box. The seller was diligent in trying to make it better but it should never have been shipped.

    Last great Galaxy phone with removable microSD card. Get it while you still can.

    The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra phone I ordered to replace a treasured but dated Galaxy Note 9 came in a plain box with a generic charger, but otherwise looked brand new. The front glass and back of the device were flawless. I love my new phone! Setup proceeded just like a new phone, and it works perfectly on T-Mobile's network. I love that swapping 20,000 photos from the old phone to new was as easy as ejecting and reinserting a microSD card! I had purchased a brand new Samsung A53, but ended up returning it and buying this 2 year old Galaxy Note20 Ultra because I just couldn't get used to the smaller screen, missing S Pen, lack of wireless charging, etc. on the A53. Battery life is just OK, not noticeably better than my 4 year old Note 9.

    Beautiful / Powerful / Some irratating limitations

    Great phone. Many, many features. A little too big for regular pockets - can slip out VERY easily. Takes a bit getting use to with one hand. Very beautiful looking. Qi charging FYI. 1. Unfortunately - one VERY BAD shortcoming!!: The phone screen goes out in 5 to 10 secs during a call. Very bad if you're in a meeting and need to mute/un-mute to talk - OR - if you need the keypad to punch in prompts. You must wake the phone back up, put in your password/swipe/fingerprint, then bring up the phone call you're on. EXTREMELY frustrating. It took several hours to find - but forget everything you see in the settings of keeping the screen on - nothing helps the phone call screen. Enable the Developer Options and then enable "Stay Awake" while charging. You'd think Samsung would fix ...

    LOVE IT!!!

    Took some getting used to, still figuring things out. The photos and the screen are so vibrant!!! Its bigger than my note 8 and does a lot more stuff. Memory is awesome, but its very picky about SD cards. I wasn't happy that it didn't like the 1tb that I got, still have to replace that now. The fingerprint access ive never had so I sometimes forget to use it, but you can have multiple scans of different fingers which is cool. Overall its great, but have only had it for a few weeks. Battery pretty much lasts all day as well.

    Awesome phone!

    I made the switch from my Note 9 to the Note 20 Ultra and I'm very happy with it! I was on the fence upgrading because there was nothing wrong with my Note 9, however, it was no longer slated to receive system updates and while that's not an issue at this time, eventually it will be. The Note 20 ultra's battery lasts me all day; I'm on it constantly. It does have a nice "super fast charging feature" that charges my phone from 15% to 100% in about 45 minutes. Very happy with my decision. If you're on the fence about upgrading, I don't think you'll be disappointed if you make the choice to do so with the Note 20 Ultra.

    Super powerful phone with great features, not made for small hands

    This is a powerhouse, the phone does all my work and more, the camera is the best I have experienced on a phone, I also have the iPhone 13 and do not like the amount of software interference with the image.. SD slot is a must for me Dex makes a laptop obsolete and this phone has enough power to take my mobile work with it The only thin that I would imagine other people might have an issue with is the size.. this is a beeeg phone
