Unfortunately, the package was held up at Spanish Customs. They requested documentation that neither the seller nor the manufacturer could—or were willing to—provide. After numerous emails and phone calls, I was finally able to get it released. I do not recommend going through the import process in Spain.

I was also grateful for the gracious hand written note from the seller along with the origami bird which was a wonderful touch to an all around good purchasing experience. The watch came as described, bran new, in box, with papers and card, and running perfectly. I would definitely buy from this seller again in the future.
