    Great value, good quality printer

    My old printer had given up the ghost and I wanted a new one but didn't want to pay too much for it. I saw this one on eBay and thought why not. The description was good, and it arrived quicker than I anticipated with free postage too. The printer has no noticeable marks at all. It is sleek and fits nicely where I wanted it. As well as printing this also scans and photocopies which my other didn't. The quality of the photocopying and the printing is very good, although I have not used the scanner yet. I am delighted with this product, thank you

    Big BUT!

    My original review stated it's an excellent printer, BUT!!! I love the 12 months of free Instant Ink, however that's it! The printer is EXTREMELY poor at printing double sided! I have the exact same formatting on both pages but it doesn't print it equally and there's always a bigger gap on one of the pages. I have spent hours on the phone to HP Support but the issue is non fixable. The printer also won't print borderless documents unless you select non plain paper but then the colours are v dark. REALLY, REALLY, REALLY POOR!

    Good printer for a technophobe.

    It provides perfectly good printed pages, haven't tried photos yet. I'm not brilliant at setting up tech, so I'm amazed that I am able to use it.
