The Laptop arrived in nice clean condition and the initial inspection and quality appears to be as described. The spec.appears to be what I ordered. I just need to get used to the keyboard action as I have been using a Dell for many years.. The laptop I received is a HP (Hewlett Packard). For the price I paid I feel it was very good value. I would recommend the service and product. I have not tested the battery life or the CD rom yet. Overall A+

Excellent condition, quick delivery and wonderful service. Thank you from all us disbelievers out here.

This is a good quality machine in very good condition and runs well. Lots of battery life and the screen is excellent quality. Well packaged. They forgot to send the login password but responded to my email very very quickly. So a very good service.
